Priscilla Otani is a managing partner at Arc Studios & Gallery, a mixed-use gallery, group studio and micro-business space in San Francisco. Arc is dedicated to showcasing and promoting emerging and established artists in the San Francisco Bay Area. Since 2010, Otani and her partners have provided exhibition opportunities for over 500 mostly local artists and studio space for fifteen local artists.
Otani has served on the board of the Northern California Women’s Caucus for Art in various capacities since 2006 and is currently the communications chair. She was elected president of the National Women’s Caucus for Art from 2012 – 2014. She also serves on the advisory board for Artspan’s Art for City Youth and was previously on the board of the Purplesilk Music Education Foundation.
In addition to non-profit and gallery experience, Otani has held corporate executive positions in employee benefits, human resources and corporate social responsibility.
Amira K. Richmond is an art enthusiast and founder of Mir Art Consulting. She’s provided marketing strategies for art galleries and represented artists to corporate clients. Her company’s mission for the last five years has been organizing events to engage creative professionals in the arts. She’s hosted art meet-ups, led gallery tours, taught art collecting workshops, and launched The AKR Life Podcast.
Ms. Richmond is actively involved in her community and sits on the board of directors for the Oakland Art Murmur. She is a member of the Oakland Creative Neighborhoods Coalition, which lobbies the city to keep art spaces open. She also hosts a monthly multi-racial book club and volunteers for Black Girls Code.
A proud Bison she is an alumnus of Howard University. You can frequently find her on the start-up scene where she attends conferences and networks across industries.
Jenny Anderson Kelly is a professional voice actor specializing in characters, radio commercials and audio book narration. She is a versatile talent with experience in backing vocals, jingles, click tracks and commercial voice over. She has also worked as on-air talent; a character she created during a studio session led to a job with a talk radio show, which was quickly picked up by a satellite radio content provider.
Always looking to hone her skills, Jenny studies voice acting with industry professionals, acting coaches and agents at Voicetrax SF, the largest voice-over academy in the country. Areas of study include: Improv for Voice Actors, Home Recording, Creating Characters, Mic Technique and Narration.
Jenny is currently freelancing on Voices123 and recording audio books for Books Aloud in San Jose, CA. She works both on location and in her home studio in the San Francisco Bay Area.
Along with her voice work, Jenny is a prominent member of Marin Charitable, an all-volunteer, nonprofit organization that provides grants to programs serving school aged children. For the past nine years she has served as lead organizer for three annual gala fundraisers, leveraging her business and management skills to produce events with budgets upwards of $40,000. She served for two years on the KIK Foundation Board for Kentfield Schools which raises $1.2M annually to supplement funding for the arts for local schools.
